Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with autism and related disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and colleagues
- Familiarity with medical records, special education practices, and behavioral health standards
